About me
I’m an avid lover of music, fashion, entertainment, sport, and technology — all of which influence how I approach marketing and brand building. With over 20+ years of experience in both creative and strategic marketing, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how consumers have evolved and adapted within today’s dynamic culture.
Throughout my career, I’ve leveraged experience, relationships, and cultural insight to drive brand growth for the organizations I’ve served. Currently, I’m the CMO of Botanic Tonics, a fast-growing CPG brand. Previously, I served as SVP of Global Marketing (CMO) at MiiR, and prior to that, spent years at Nike, consulted for leading CPG brands, invested in startups, and sat on advisory boards.
At Nike, I had the opportunity to identify, sign, and support world-class athletes, launch global campaigns, and lead impactful programs — all with an eye toward innovation and cultural relevance.
My strengths lie in content development, brand storytelling, consumer insights, digital and social strategy, budget management, and building awareness in ways that resonate with today’s audience. I continue to bring that expertise into my consulting work — helping brands connect, grow, and lead with purpose.
